Was hired by 1 manager I loved to a position I was excited about. Soon after, I was transferred to a newly created position that was not a good fit for my skill set u see a new, young and very inexperienced manager who made it clear her job was to get rid of me. Experience, attitude, work ethic be damned
Takeda is the definition of big pharma without any of the benefits. We are required to pay up to $600 a month for cars, low salaries, no employee stock purchase programs
Usually kept out of the loop on critical topics(insurance status)
Must always keep the company you’re contracted to happy-no negative vibes or comments, ever!
All lies about getting placed on other contracts when yours sunsets. No support. No room for growth.
Fantastic product. The company as addressed the price issues very well. They are honest with their intentions. Privately held company from Switzerland. Small company, so you have a voice. Flexible with time off. Nice people to work with.
I got an opportunity to work independently and freely... However as I am in sales so target pressure is always there but still company support a lot to stay positive all the time...
This company is top heavy but has yet to turn a profit- funding is burning up and sales are crap. Management is freaking out and desperate for sales. Horrible micromanagement environment
