Lies, micromanagement, Manager NEVER gets his expenses approved in time and all the reps have to pay AMEX late fees because the company will not address. All the manager does is talk and treat reps with years experience like children. He is disrespectful and a time thief. As well as a sexist and raciest. Upper management is blind to the turnover.
Fantastic product. The company as addressed the price issues very well. They are honest with their intentions. Privately held company from Switzerland. Small company, so you have a voice. Flexible with time off. Nice people to work with.
Love the product but CEO doesn’t appreciate sales employees & he is always looking for ways to not pay reps. Good people are going to start leaving because they are getting cheated out of commissions not given raises. He doesn’t care wants to start replacing specialty reps with new primary care sales team right out of college so he can pay less. He is so cheap reps. Ant even get samples or budgets.
