Because boss is cheap, unimaginative and reactionary. Cuts your hours and never gives raises of his own free will. Public is bitchy,rude,unappreciative and cheap too.
I have never seen morale this low in the 9 years I have been with Sanofi, including mine. My manager is an idiot; too focused on busy work and checking boxes rather than helping us find solutions to problems we face selling, access, managed care and the like. I think it is time to look for another job. Most everyone in my group is unmotivated and disillusioned.
Unfortunately, I work for Sanofi. Have worked for them for 17 years. I use to feel good about my company and job. Now, or for the past year, I just go through the motions. I have lost all motivation. The way Sanofi treats it's people is terrible
Micromanagement nightmare!!! back stabbing management that will do what ever it takes to push the blame to someone else. Everyone has either left or looking to leave.
