Everything is wrong with Management . Everything there is shady. SOP’s are made up. Lab always a mess. Protocol never followed. Safety issues all the time. Management was a freaking joke. There was Nepotism, Politics, management are kids. All young leaders who can’t lead, they don’t know how. It’s a complete joke. Lab got bought out by an x Ray company. Glad I don’t work there no more. I’m a happy camper at my legit Lab now.
Bad leadership starting at the top with Anne Segoine, Dan R., and Chris R. They can never make up their mind as to what they want to do and stay with it. Constant change with their requirements for projects keeps you up all night while the work life balance they talk about only applies to management. Toxic environment changes you as a person.
RD yelled at me during a conversation, very unprofessional. I report this to HR noting happen. RD reported two issues that were not true. I had proof and evidence, HCPs and nurses that attended a dinner program and all reps on my team. I reported these false reports to two HR managers and noting was done. My district was ranked #2 in the region and 6 nationally. I can believe I was treated like this with no recourse after reporting, thus I resigned. 1 of 3 African American DM is the company out of 30.
Very small CRO. no Backlog or job security. The work environment is toxic. Transparency does not exist. No perks, like matched 401K to compensate for poorly run company. Money grab for CEO and investors.
Will work you until you break, like a workhorse who’s left for dead. Unrelenting emails and new asks, no prioritization, critical culture by sales leadership, lots of talk about caring for employees but no backing it up.
Good ol boys club. Racist PIGS. Definite sham. Company bullies and bullies and bullies. So happy to be LEAVING. My future is bright and the grass is getting more and more green.
