Fantastic product. The company as addressed the price issues very well. They are honest with their intentions. Privately held company from Switzerland. Small company, so you have a voice. Flexible with time off. Nice people to work with.
I got an opportunity to work independently and freely... However as I am in sales so target pressure is always there but still company support a lot to stay positive all the time...
This company is top heavy but has yet to turn a profit- funding is burning up and sales are crap. Management is freaking out and desperate for sales. Horrible micromanagement environment
Baxter is ran by a bunch of idiots that don't know anything. At any level of management you will find dummies that only got there because of who they know, who they are related to, or who they f***ed. No room for growth unless you like to kiss a$$ and are a white male.
Love the product but CEO doesn’t appreciate sales employees & he is always looking for ways to not pay reps. Good people are going to start leaving because they are getting cheated out of commissions not given raises. He doesn’t care wants to start replacing specialty reps with new primary care sales team right out of college so he can pay less. He is so cheap reps. Ant even get samples or budgets.
