For what I do, the hours I put in, how much strain and stress it puts on me mentally and physically, I am not being compensated fairly. My coworkers aren't great people and the higher ups only care about money and not the employees. Not to mention the company profited Billions of dollars last year and I got a 25 cent raise.
The company is Pacific Mobile Diagnostics lab and x Ray
Everything is wrong with Management . Everything there is shady. SOP’s are made up. Lab always a mess. Protocol never followed. Safety issues all the time. Management was a freaking joke. There was Nepotism, Politics, management are kids. All young leaders who can’t lead, they don’t know how. It’s a complete joke. Lab got bought out by an x Ray company. Glad I don’t work there no more. I’m a happy camper at my legit Lab now.
Worst Management- CFO is the worst. Does not know a thing. Just orders around. All employees are like furniture. Extremely Politcal company. Don’t Trust anyone. Regret my decision to join 2 years back.
