Always on egg shells with DM who thinks she knows everything but when you ask her a question she never has an appropriate answer. Thinks b/c she is a minority and a manager that she is better than her team. Makes up lies in field contact reports. Where is this integrity in that? If you are older and non-minority she gets rid of you and hires younger, African American.
MS Division is dying, 27 year old drug. Absolutely the worst RSM I have ever worked for. This manager is a loafer and treats reps, especially female reps, disrespectfully. Managed by fear and intimidation.
Management maintains integrity in keeping an open mind and incorporates our feedback in our processes.
We focus on getting everyone involved on projects to ensure complete ownership. That embraces our company vision.
Egos are put to rest based on the processes to uncover our positive attributes and use them even if we have to re-prioritize.
Layers and layers of management; no team inclusion or knowledge sharing; nothing done timely; CEO is checked out and clueless, along with senior management, some riding the gravy chain of old small company success and their financial gain, while being checked out completely, and letting true morons make costly decisions, as Senior Management isn't at work. A CEO blogs about his lovely family vacation and lay-offs in his same internal all employee message, along with instructions to IT and Sales they can't take a vacation - Mind Blowing Disfunction at its best!
My company does not:
Appreciate the sales teams value to the company
Appreciate our time as a rep (constant calls)
Pay us our full commissions
My company relishes in ways they can screw us
Have a "new" manager who thinks he/she is god's gift to sales, and we are all sure that he/she slept his/her way into management. Now he/she focuses on everything he/she was terrible at ie call tracking, daily micromanagement, "sell it my way" type of mentoring. But this is how the company is run.
Horrible culture in the CV division being run by an egomaniac. Worst culture i have ever been a part of. Yeah Repatha has been slow, management still wants to force a high price on managed care instead of negotiating.
Leaderships continues to make poor decisions. The people in charge have no experience and rely on consultants. Sales is lied to on a regular basis. They have no business being in biotech
