The company has bought into the notion that the future of promotion is in Virtual sales calls. It's not but they are driving us crazy in forcing our physicians into accommodating us so that we look good. It is hampering our abilities in all aspects of our job.
Leaderships continues to make poor decisions. The people in charge have no experience and rely on consultants. Sales is lied to on a regular basis. They have no business being in biotech
Good: B2B, good boss, division is usually isolated from big pharma BS.
Bad: some ridiculous old school metrics & after a buyout the company is so big I don't know the # for HR.
