My job allowed me to work (as needed) so that I could study and get my Law Degree, awarded this June. Yes, I went to Law School FULL Time while holding this FULL TIME JOB!
Culture awful
Inappropriate senior leadership
I should not have to tell senior managers the difference between right and wrong
Convoluted direction and extreme micro management
GSK was once a great company with strong leadership, best in class products with an engaging culture. However that was the GSK of the past. It's no wonder they stopped playing the Proud song "What have you done today to make you feel proud" as those left with any tenure are holding out hoping they can retire with medical benefits
micro managed; too heavy on top down approach; small bonus payouts even when you get one; upper management just follows AZ's lead; follower not a leader.
Always on egg shells with DM who thinks she knows everything but when you ask her a question she never has an appropriate answer. Thinks b/c she is a minority and a manager that she is better than her team. Makes up lies in field contact reports. Where is this integrity in that? If you are older and non-minority she gets rid of you and hires younger, African American.
They displaced me from a job that I loved and excelled at for absolutely no reason. Worst part was I had gotten exceptional reviews and they failed to acknowledge that with a legitimate raise. Very disappointed with the lack of transparentcy as well.
Managers play favorites. Selling ways is a subjective. You can have a bad manager who spends 1/2 a day with you and will write all the things they didn't see in 2 hours over breakfast talking about themselves.
My manager is unfair, creates a horrible work environment and culture of in-fighting and lack of teamwork, upper management lacks the ability to explain a clear vision for the future and a why behind our goals.
My boss doesn't know how to utilize my skills or develop my career. Rather me sit there and twiddle my thumbs than engage me in the "business." Feel unwanted, not valued and a liability.
