micro managed; too heavy on top down approach; small bonus payouts even when you get one; upper management just follows AZ's lead; follower not a leader.
Great company great products great customers,but management is horrible. Comp plan is set up to fail. Take away 5% of compensation for every 1% miss until you are zero below 80%. Works great if the company gives you an attainable forecast. But they don’t. 75- 80% of the sales force every year does not get paid or make well below the stated Comp plan.
The company has no idea what they are doing, they have one guy who calculates reps ICP and pay outs on an excel spreadsheet and is always sending out wrong numbers and rankings, small pharma is a joke
Management has no clue what goes on with the working class here. Absolutely will not stand up for the employees and constantly have to be right about all aspects.
They “forget” a lot of things and tell you you are wrong EVEN THOUGH YOU SHOW PROOF!
Used to actually like working here but I’ve fallen into the same attitude former employees had and I swore I’d never be that way.

Compliance rules make no sense, no pragmatism, rules other commintment in multiple policy. Creating gap and auto-feeding compliant and audit department. It is like if there is not pilot in the plane.
My boss is a misogynist pig. I’ve gone to HR many times. They only trigger him to shun and mistreat me more. Many women quit and minority males end up leaving as well. Do not apply here if you are female or a minority. This is a good ol boy company and I am sure eventually someone will take legal action. My husband doesn’t want me to go that route he feels it will affect my hireabillity in future. HR has high turn over as well. Each time there is a new director I am hopeful, alas it’s the same. HR is a farce they are not allowed to do anything. I heard that a married male rep propositioned a female for sex and sent her nude photos of his genitals and he’s still in his station. HR allegedly saw screenshots of the pictures and text. Ask yourself if you want to feel targeted and oppressed daily with no backup or way to defend yourself? Snide remarks, ficticious performance reports even though you’re doing well, and phone calls that blast you with anger when you are at home. This place is horrible do not risk your reputation.
