I wasn't hired to be treated like a sub-human. My manager is horrible and Sanofi Leadership isn't much better. I'm hoping to get outta here

Unfortunately, I work for Sanofi. Have worked for them for 17 years. I use to feel good about my company and job. Now, or for the past year, I just go through the motions. I have lost all motivation. The way Sanofi treats it's people is terrible

Micromanagement nightmare!!! back stabbing management that will do what ever it takes to push the blame to someone else. Everyone has either left or looking to leave.

Poor leaders, poor decisions and wasteful spending. Zero accountability and zero autonomy to do the job I was hired for.

Manager is an ass with unrealistic expectations.
