Forcing older employees back to the office while new hires remain remote and are paid more. Some people are given flexibility to come in only one day while others are forced for 3 days without reason for the discrimination. And eliminated office space, so people are working in hallways and bathrooms

Senior managers incompetent, arrogant and play favorites. Few of the workers do the job while most sit on their ass drawing a big salary.

Lots of re-org. Terrible leadership. No ethics. No transparency on how promotions are done.
