Goals distributed based on market potential without adjustments for mgd market limitations. Most managers are incompetnet, can NOT help you, and play favorites...like high school never ended. Ugh!!!

Non stop irrelevant bs... Submit calls for 3 months, calls increase but no vaction credit, lame management from direct report to top executives. Useless time wasting meetings to report what can easily be show with data downloads

Company just laid off my partner, mgr micro manages, I was 154 percent to plan but got paid out around 83- some mumbo Jumbo about shareholders making their numbers, what? Every decision is reactive, like your hairs on fire. Help! Got to get out
