recent communication from senior management which pertains to upcoming training has shown me yet again that they are not playing with a full deck. I need to get outta here
This company once was a decent company to work for. That said, the company, its products, management, and compassion for the employees has taken a nosedive in the past 2-3+ years. It is horrible to work here. Local managers, held hostage by upper management, perpetuate the toxic culture. It is so sad to witness.
Negative gross margin due to ridiculously high scrap rate. Poor forecasting typically off by +25% and lots of feel good data that is massaged by MFG Engineering that hides major production issues. It's a company that can't make a profit from the items it makes (diabetic pumps/disposable cartridges) and survives from distributing OEM infusion sets it doesn't even make!
All levels of management are horrible. One bad business decision after another, followed by countless fire drills and a check the box mentality. The way they treat their people is abismol on a good day. There is no work/life balance. Sure I can work well into the night several days a week, but when I duck out a little early on a Friday I get blasted. Between Specialty & PCP we have lost 3 in the last month and there are more who are looking to get out of here STAT!
demoralizing company culture at Sanofi....the actual work is stifling and oppressive..many of the problems are industry wide but Snaofi has a terrible culture and the most mean spirited management you can imagine
Highly questionable decision making. I'm the bad girl for passing down the decisions of senior management. We ( field management) are forced to pick upon "low performers " despite managed care issues, lack of specialty rep coverage or open territories. It is really sad.
