Made the big mistake of coming here from another competitor several years ago. Been trying to go back. Promises not kept. Salary and bonus sub par for the industry. Was an award winner and thought the perk was both cheap and insincere. Manager is a micromanager of tasks and lists having little to do with driving business.
Because boss is cheap, unimaginative and reactionary. Cuts your hours and never gives raises of his own free will. Public is bitchy,rude,unappreciative and cheap too.
I have never seen morale this low in the 9 years I have been with Sanofi, including mine. My manager is an idiot; too focused on busy work and checking boxes rather than helping us find solutions to problems we face selling, access, managed care and the like. I think it is time to look for another job. Most everyone in my group is unmotivated and disillusioned.
