untalented management, poor direction, too much micromanagement and not enough constructive support. Sales dropping in the toilet, does not look good for future
I am selling a great cancer therapy, w/o question. We have lots to offer for the future as monotherapy and in combination. We LEAD in this area and all others are following.
That being said, the quirks of the company and management style are felt daily.
Keep FOCUS ON YOUR GOAL!, Retirement in 6-8 years
The "Executives" made a horrible acquisition and I am now living with the consequences of that decision. They bought one product that market has clearly rejected and have offered no changes to the marketing or pricing of this drug. The second product purchased is the same exact drug as what we were carrying in our bag and now we have to sell something we actively sold against for years. The culture has shifted from collaboration and motivation to fear and silence.
My boss doesn't know how to utilize my skills or develop my career. Rather me sit there and twiddle my thumbs than engage me in the "business." Feel unwanted, not valued and a liability.
Company has become a me too company with lack of innovation. Its been nothing but a price war. Leadership is Clueless they don't care about empolyee's but themselves. They Have no idea how disconnected the sales force is and how many people are looking to leave.
