For the last time Pfizer doesn’t “give” you a salary and they don’t “give” you a “free car”. You work for them and EARN those things. This isn’t altruism it’s economics
Ditto!

More news to be delivered at RM/DM meeting next week.
If this number is correct then the layoff will be insignificant. Basically for every 400 reps a total of 26 will be let go. There's probably this many open territories that already need to be filled so even less will have to let go when you take that into consideration. Also if any kind of early retirement package is offered, quite a few will jump at that opportunity so even less to lay off. However, this could just be a manager's guesstimate regarding a lay off % & it could turn out to be some higher, who knows? My manager just let us know it will be a 6.5% lay off for cluster one.

Cluster one for sure. Cluster 2 has a good bag.
Big rumor is we’ll get Vascepa. So cuts would be minimum. Vascepa and Cologuard...now that’s a powerful bag with job stability.
Take the package. There is life and opportunity after Pfizer.
Yes please! First it was $600 itch cream competing with $4 generic,Next will be $200 fish oil. Seriously?
