Layoffs are coming in 2 weeks. Nobody seems to realize?

A complete lack of leadership and terrible management. They knew this was coming. The plan should have been in place a year ago. The wild catd was the date for Lyrica LOE. They shoukd have made the announcement. Offered a golden handshake to take VERP. Then had a plan in place to handle the vacancies make the cuts and start the new year all reorganized.
