Lol how is it going to feel to start covering sites again when the "monekys" are at those meetings? We saw your faces, we know upper management didn't like it. You couldn't even hold our PSCs down for a two hour meeting. Pathetic. Humble yourself management.

Mangement in all divisions are clueless and lazy. That's what happens when you sit behind a desk and oversee from the ivory tower. I couldn't agree more. Not only do they look down on us, act like they are better than us, they think that they themselves are untouchable. They are phony in the faces of the higher ups, and we see it. Just because you push your work off on to others or how some mangers would say "delegate" responsibilities, it just shows how ineffective you are as a leader. You sit back and reap all the benefits of not even doing shit on a day to day basis besides barking orders. It's time for certain people in management to get a true dose of reality. Instant replay. Wasn't for the union last time - but the last year or so has proven we need one. Wonder if management will start the employee meetings again ? They pull out all the stops-$$- and send HR from Burlington. Their a joke as they don't realize they need to look at the upper management! It will be interesting to see if the Supervisors will be covering sites again! That was a mess - only a couple were capable. Now the trend is to hire managers/sups with no phlebotomy knowledge. Look, this is how management thinks of you, you're replaceable. Calling us monkeys, telling us to go on public assistance, and then pulling the lowly single mother card. They have no respect for what we do day in and day out. There isn't any job protection, with a union there will be. Then they can't just lie and write us up for their interpretation of policies. Why would I say this I front of anyone? I would lose my job. What I would say is you are all expandable. There are others that can replace you very quickly. LCA won't go for it. So go ahead and vote yes. LCA has the lady say and you will be left without a job. Know the facts. Don't rush into something and don't understand. How many single moms out there in the phlebotomy world???....a lot! You need this job. You get treated as fair as the rest of the working world. The grass ain't always greener.
