I knew it was from TS before getting to the bottom because I saw the word "fearlessly". Dead giveaway. She should start by reading the Pulse comments and actually doing something.
 












It is easy to say fearless comments now after hiring ex GSK ***kis**rs, keeping wimps and laying off the fearless best. This is a mouse thumping its chest after the lion is dead.
 


















CAR T medical all white women and couple of white men. All based in Europe. Drug discovered in the US. Money to be made in the US. Black and brown patients. BMS black and brown employees discarded by the white women. Few Asian mostly Chinese remain. Fascinating. BMS is a changed company. Face of success for many years was inclusive. Face of failure is white conniving power. Not the men but the women are the most dangerous bunch here. Couple of them are openly racist.
 


















CAR T medical is up there as worst. Ear plugs are a must when some of them open their argumentative mouths. Always Leading BMS in the wrong direction. They have managed to consolidate control by cleaning up house of every voice that will stand up to their idiotic ideas.

Not surprised. Believable. She does not have any competence. CAR T medical are not in protected class. Yet not getting fired. Pure snow with a few specks. They are trying hard to remove all specks and pretty much succeeding.
 
























You all need to chill out. Tania is the leader medical needs right now and is actually pretty inspiring. She is respected by Adam and Samit, and is actually making big changes in medical that will make the organization more important for the company. The org changes are rough for everyone, but that would have happened regardless of who the leader is because of the need to prepare for the future.

Who respects Adam and Samit? The two disasters of commercial and Clinical. It would not have happened regardless of who the leader is. The captain of the ship is responsible for the people. Tania is not doing much other than spend money and hire friends. The friends are removing all who they consider a threat. The work ethic is below par. Hiring is mediocre. Stop defending the baseless nonsense that is going on.
