Cell therapy and hematology are the worst. They are secretive and their goal is unknown. One thing for sure that the medical sales team under T and D are targeting and bullying physicians to prescribe failed meds. Patients should be cautious of docs who are influenced to prescribe by promising a lot of free goodies including authorship. Independent patient advocacy groups should do more to protect the sick and seemingly naive patient population. Some docs that BMS is chasing have borderline ethics and treat patients as commodity. Would you want such a doctor as your doctor? There is a much bigger scandal underway and only those who agree to be part of the immoral scheme are hired. Too desperate because of failing numbers. Feds, FDA and HHS, start digging.

I hope other this doesn’t become industry standard. Many MSLs would not like this model. Who is even going to apply to BMS? Maybe BMS is light years ahead of others in this kind of thinking. Time will tell.

Medical strategy is headcount in addition to medical. What is medical doing other than getting into everyone’s business. Watched medical stick their dirty nose and ruin pubs by kicking out the entire lot and pushing for authorship on pubs that they don’t belong. All Sr Directors and some D are selfish to the core and do not allow people reporting to them anywhere near authorship when it should be the other way around. ADs and Mgrs are treated miserably in medical. These poor souls are in bondage. Medical has no role in data generation. Their role is in bad mouthing where they don’t have control or are losing control.

Dr Small…. Hahaha. That Diva is causing more mayhem than solving it. Now she has introduced some $hitty early pipeline team crap structure. More nonsense with little value. They already have Development for that & Global medical as well. Stupid decisions.
 


















Sales activities by medical at EHA failed miserably. Tania has no clue that she only has Celgene all around her. BMS was removed by the Celgene hordes as soon as they arrived and she will soon be a casualty like the BMS personnel. It is usually the other way round. The acquiring company lets go of the acquired company people. BMS deserves to lie in the bed it made for stupid decisions. Cell therapy was even more terrible. One drug is useless and the other is bleeding the company.

True. RJ is indeed a useless hire. But he does kiss up well to Tania. Entire heme program is a bunch of hocum. But they keep expanding….WTF?
 












Tania S is not to blame much here although she is directly responsible for a whole of of mess. The real crooks are the two above her to go along with her ploy of the huge layoffs and replace them with her laid off GSK buddies. The laid off GSK are being hired non stop. This week another one was hired. A laid off VP 2 months back in a step down role in BMS. BMS leadership is a real sham. Laid off everyone with the thought that they don’t need these people and will do everything themselves due yo heavy losses. The next thing was setting a panic mode which was a TS strategy. Now the replacements are all GSK. Hematology was a failure at GSK with all these laid off people working on Belamaf which was pulled off the US market. The new people at GSK are working hard to bring this drug back but the laid off GSK hired by BMS are responsible for taking the drug off market. BMS has displaced amazing people only to make room for laid off GSK. What were they thinking?

The desperately job seeking laid off GSK are being swooped in by their guardian angel Tania. She never even tried to know the BMS people she laid off and their abilities. She is not looking for competence. All she is doing is surrounding herself with stooges. This is not good for BMS at all. Snoozing lazy BMS leadership laid off its own best in class to accommodate these desperate job seeking ex GSK employees. Instead of spending millions for the no good McKinsey to provide these utterly useless non solutions, they should have used a bit of their own brains which are lying in a vault somewhere along with the millions in bonus that they are not willing to give up for their own people.
