Agreed.......I guess the education that should be questioned is Adam's education (and most of the SLT) and not Tania's then.
 






All of leadership whether senior or junior need to take a pause and think about how they are creating an abysmal environment. No leader is off the hook, Medical needs assertive leadership willing to stand for independence while supporting company goals and objectives.
 






Medical under Tania will convert to sales soon. That lady don’t give an f***. More worried about the party she wants to throw on a yacht. She may want to not invite P Diddy this time.
 






Glad Tania is BMS’s problem now. She was one of the worst people I’ve ever worked with - an incompetent bully way out of her depth. Her public speaking was so embarrassing- it was as if she was trying hard to win the lead in a high school play.
 






Sick and tired of non-Americans and ex GSK hired in Medical with the CAR T arrogant racist head and the dumb hematology head. Both can’t speak if their life depended on it. Yesterday was terrible with these two unable to give clarity on ASCO or EHA. Minimal basic unscientific communication using filler words handed by someone dumb who provided the useless stuff to mouth. The oncology head was AWOL.
 






Trash is getting hired and trash is retained since a year. What is the role of medical? Hardly anything to do and Too much power. Medical is growing exponentially and HEOR is decimated. Medical has nothing to do but chase KOLs who just can’t stand getting bugged by these good for nothings. All they do is have meetings and criticize everything and everyone. Medical is the worst and most useless function. HEOR has lost their entire leadership and are chicken without legs. Medical is doing everything possible to keep them that way.
 






CAR T medical stinks. Wiring of their brains is messed up. They complain all day long and do no work. Just shut up and do your job instead of butting in other people’s business. More US brains are needed. Useless European entitled women.
 






CART Medical screaming and screeching blaming others to avoid being questioned on their own accountability. No work all talk zone with routine use of diversion tactics. Complete failures who are ruining capable people.

Medical conspired to help in cutting the arms, legs and brains of HEOR. The leftover has no say, power or confidence. The need for HEOR is much higher than Medical who are just hanging around faking work or performing sales activities.

Nick Botwood is the only sane Medical lead for the onc franchise. Daniela & Ridwaan are both knuckleheads who should be fired instantly. Medical is one big fat joke. With Tania being brought in, it’s a comedy of errors.

Freuline Daniela is worse than a snake. Would trust a weasel more that I would trust her. Takes no responsibility & blames everyone else. She & Hoch are two twisted freaks. That marriage is a potent brew of venom brewed in a radioactive cauldron.
 












Medical is reporting into hardcore commercial and not commercialization. Sr Director and above are complete thugs and very incompetent. Probably the best reporting structure for these utterly useless people. Anyone else and these thugs would be creating even more havoc.
 












In the recent layoffs, the entire independent pubs and content team was eliminated. Now the idiotic medical is hiring pubs and content people under themselves. Why? Stupidest decision of all time. Everything was working ok but medical who does nothing except creating a bad environment decided to interfere. The reason being they need to be on publications as authors without doing squat. Two yellings at everyone and they are authors. Pubs compliance are dozing off to save their own jobs and they hardly have a science background. Pubs if at all disbanded should never be under medical because medical does zero concept, analysis or interpretation. Pubs should have been independently placed under functions that directly create pubs such as Clinical, HEOR, translational and pre-clinical. Why did these medical morons push for it and get it? Only to have their names on pubs and put every other working function down. MSLs have a different reporting line, medical data generation are a separate entity, there is the new medical excellence. Then what is medical? What are they doing? Nothing at all other than creating problems and pushing for undue credit. The entire medical unit needs to be removed because there are 4-5 other medical functions. Wastage of resources with these problem creators. They solve nothing.

That is very sad to hear. If MSLs are not even under Medical then what is Medical when the executing branch is somewhere else?
I hope other this doesn’t become industry standard. Many MSLs would not like this model. Who is even going to apply to BMS? Maybe BMS is light years ahead of others in this kind of thinking. Time will tell.

I thought the Pubs and Content leadership were nice and decent people. It seems vultures thrive at BMS.

Some leadership were nice and decent. Many were mean, selfish and vindictive. Like everywhere else. Pubs compliance is notorious and idiotic and not laid of because they are not compliance. They are bootlickers.
