Isn’t Tania recommended by Samit to Adam and he just lapped it up? This once great company is being gutted to the ground. Voices are muffled. Work is not necessary. Ethics are absolutely last on the list. Hiring friends with one purpose to save themselves. The top is milking the company to the last drop which the bottom are not even aware of but are getting heavily impacted. The only ones at the top who are impacted are the ones with voices who stood up against the ridiculous leadership.

TS and her minions are likely complaining to Cafepharma about all the negative posts crying intolerance of posters to DEI, forgetting it’s about her helping to drive the company to the ground and getting Medical staff to voluntarily quit to save BMS $ on pay outs
 






Hopefully she does something about that useless nincompoop Ridwaan J. Dude is really quite useless. Repeats what others say. Unoriginal ideas. Spends a ton of money jetting between the UK & US. So much for saving money. Combine Onc & Heme Tania. It’s a no brainer.
 
























There is a dangerous cancel culture in cell therapy and hematology for the smallest reason Sr Director and above because of their own incompetence. You sneeze, they don’t like it, you are cancelled.

Ridwan is USELESS. Even he does not know what he does. Ask him. His LT thinks he is an absolute joke. They really don’t care for him.
 






Disappointing performance by both hematology and cell therapy medical with or without Tania. Beats me to know that the cell therapy experts were shown the door slowly and replaced by unskilled Kite wannabes and rejects. They can’t rise above low level strategy and petty discords. BMS, bad decisions and medical power struggle led to the current state of affairs.

And why is he still there? See the sea around him. All close knit Celgene people who are running their BS show even after the failure of the Iber and Mezi study design and data. FDA mandated new study design has delayed launch by several years but Oh ya Celgene is still there. These drugs obsolete by then. RJ is needed because someone else will not tolerate the BS band. What the heck is Celgene hematology medical doing for last 5 years with no drugs to launch due to extreme delays? Having the time of their lives.

To be fair, some of the gong show decision made before TS joined our company. Like the one where MSLs report into commercial. What a joke. Which other company is doing this ?
 






TS is reporting to Adam. She should be reporting to the CMO but the CMO is a fake title given to the Clin Devpt person. No one in medical is reporting into the CMO. A total mess. Every single C suite and one level below have turned this place into a disaster. No other company would keep these bozos. Titles sold or grabbed at the expense of regular working class people targeted in layoffs.
