That’s the way, the new BMS way! There is only one SD that everyone is aware of who is a complete *****. The one with the squeaky voice who talks non stop and does not listen.
 








How can anyone possibly narrow the field down to just 1 SD like this?
There could be more. BMS got rid of some of the best in layoffs in the first half of the year and kept all the commercial kiss ups including TS, DvE, other incompetent medical and compliance people. Take a look at the news. BMS has received a Letter from the FDA related to overstating efficacy of Onc drug Krazati. This had to be approved by medical. Surprised that CAR T has been left alone by the FDA. The heme team has no products and the show has been put on to keep all the Celgene people intact. TS and RJ are the best for this team. One lives for photo ops and the other is useless.
 




Medical gets ruined all the way and will soon no more. Commercial runs the show. BD is dismal. We are buying random shit nobody wants for billion of dollars, selling off all assets acquired and keeping one which only makes 20mill/year and has already generic competition!! LMAO. Way to do business, people!! Bankruptcy on the horizon, low moral amongst employees!! How can you give your best, plan and execute if you clearly feel that LT is not supporting you? If you don’t know if the first meeting on your calendar next day is with HR? Layoffs are not rational, more like about relationships and emotions. No way BMS will survive.

Has it occurred to anyone that since Medical has reported to “Commercialization” aka Commercial, things have become a sh!t show? Many good Medical people have left.

I agree but I think we have to wait a year to see where we really are. If sales continue to grow we could survive this.
