We're not discussing the quality of Indian cities here.....there are bigger problems at BMS. Please understand the context of the comment before commenting.
It is not quality of the cities. It is the quality of the workers. Unfortunately, it is too difficult for anyone to understand the complexities. Did not mean to dismiss your comment. It is extremely difficult for everyone and there would not be so many negative comments if people were taken care of. Layoff after layoff and there are no leadership changes. It is almost as if they are the stars and everyone else is useless. People have worked under tremendous pressure seeing many around them laid off and wondering when they will face the same situation. What brought the situation to this state? Has an analysis been done?
 






Estelle tried. She was a decent enough serious lady who understood medical but after Giovanni left could not cope up with the buffoonery required by her manager who was a sales guy. It was odd because before TS was hired, Estelle was suddenly popping up everywhere with big wide grins and posting all sorts of grinning photos. They made her go through videos and conversations where she had to be over the top smiling and laughing. She tried to fit in the sales mold but was eventually pushed on the side. She was not the best but neither is TS.
