Safe vs. Doomed Divisions?

This rep from the Derm division has been posting about how great that they are for a long time. Pfizer has wasted millions of dollars on this silly bunch.

Yeah whoever it is ain’t fooling anyone. To even try to convince anyone of this is just flat out comical. Derm has nothing. Pipeline is not a guarantee and there’s nothing coming soon enough to justify saving anyone from layoff. Dermatologist office do not require relationships for access. Their wide open to reps as long as you have samples. Doesn’t require an expensive sales force for this specialty.

You obviously aren’t in Derm. In over 20 years, I’ve been in every specialty. The ones that are relationship driven are the Uros, Ob-Gyns and the Derms. It’s all about relationships. In a 90% generic market they don’t have to use your product. If they are using it… they like you. They like you enough to try it. Then they find out the product works, but access is hit or miss. They like you enough to navigate the PA bullshit. You have no idea wtf you are talking about.

You are getting into a conversation that you will regret

For arguments sake let's say that relationships are much more important in Derm than any other. Let's also put into the equation that Eucrisa has been a failure and even though Derm has a potential new product, it will be generating peanuts for Pfizer if successful. There is one factor that makes the relationship argument for derms irrelevant and that it Bold 3.3. You forget the company wants to be more virtual and does not value face to face relationships anymore. Every division is at risk with this ridiculous Bold 3.3 approach. COVID Vaccine sales are blinding upper management in all other areas.

TEAM 1 was told on the bold moves call that decisions outside of bold moves 3.3 could come sooner. If you did not hear Schutta say that, then you weren't listening. Team 1 has nothing but Cologuard. Even if Tanezumab was to miraculously get approved Team 1 will still be gone.

Yes I clearly heard that which means it could be any time. He certainly didn’t say next Friday if you were listening. What pertinent information was shared that would make next Friday so relevant?
