Quintiles contract leadership team was here most of last week, Ramona Sequeira along with Tim Rudolphi, Glenn Weiglein, and others are working out the details. This contract is not something that Christophe approves of, it's planning happened under the direction of Doug Cole (past failed leadership) and will be done away with in short order, it's no secret that it's top of Ramona's list right now.
Sales ops has known about this for weeks, no real secret. Conference rooms have been unavailable upstairs for the last two months, information we're working on is quite obvious change is imminent. The Quintiles contract carries a significantly greater per head cost than that of our market point senior legacy reps, 1.39 - 1.42 to be exact. The premium we are paying for "flexibility" is quite high and most likely not in the plans going forward. Looks like 2016 will be all about doing more with less, as in headcount.

I doubt the contract ends this year. Thinking Takeda is locked in for another year.

Most contract company contracts can be broken at any time with 60 days notice.
If you were at our meetings you would know it's not the quintiles reps who need to be worried
Whatever!! Your company is making all the money and paying you the leftovers. Once your contract is over, your done. Goodbye.
Quintille reps please listen. Always assess your options with other companies while on contract. Your company will tell you anything to keep you on board to fulfill the present contract, other wise THEY don't get paid. But you have to look out for yourself.
