Sad to see the same conversations that I viewed over 5 years ago and I am sure it will be the same in 5 more. Why? Takeda has no future, but they have plenty of people on the executive team who know how to play the game, enrich themselves, and pass the time. So if you enjoy being screwed over, terrorized, treated like a child, and regularly sodomized for compensation that is generally not much better than other marketing positions stick around. You'll get plenty more of the same. For those of you that are new - don't even begin to feel that your hire is a sign of turning over a better leaf. The left hand at Takeda is often caught jacking off while the right hand right hand writes of moral platitudes and pie-in-the-sky dreams. I would wish you good luck, but luck is dead and gone at Takeda. The best you can hope for is to be that Takeda squirrel on the proverbial Pharma highway that somehow is missed by the reality car when instead you should have been a bloody, pulpy mess of fur and bones. Get to the other side of the road if you can-
