Just remember, you can take "stress leave", which you get paid for. (im sure your manager has failed to mention this to you) there have been NUMEROUS people take this leave, so surely they wouldn't discriminate against you if you took it.
 






I've been gone from PPS awhile now, but I can tell you there was alot going on behind the scenes. We as PCC's were told to get in and show these ridiculous results to drs and beg them to write 02 orders for pts....some dr's completely laughed at us and even my manager at the time when we explained the medicare guidelines and what they would cover. I also experienced a "boys club" atmosphere where I worked. The females were greatly overlooked and discriminated against. Certain favorites were given broader areas where dr's were located that the manager specifically knew and would walk the PCC in. The female PCC's were met with, written up and then essentially threatened if we didn't quit, we would be fired. I myself gave notice and quit...but I wish I would have made them fire me. I was told it was because my numbers werent consecutive in sales....when the two prior months before I had received recognition and certificates that hung in our office saying I accomplished the sales goal. In two months, we had lost all 3 females PCC's....the one male PCC, one male tech and the male manager of course remained. I called the corporate HR, compliance, the president...everyone I could in California for a month and no one ever returned my call.

I also heard this happened in Kentucky as well with the Lexington region. There was a female hired there that was a long time friend to the manager named Daryl and he even treated her bad I was told which ran her off. The PCC there named Todd was his big buddy who was always bragged about but I heard he was lazy as could be. The female PCC's would be stuck in a hot 110 degree warehouse with no air conditioning in the hot kentucky summer tagging equipment, cleaning, and getting everything ready for inspections while that manager and todd would just send texts saying they couldnt make it. Come on....this is ridiculous. We dont have to sit in the back of the bus anymore people. It happened here, it happened in kentucky and its happened with other PPS locations. Management is dirty. We're not effectively trained, Novato is a joke....its just a big 2 wk party and we're not resp therapists!!

Has anyone else heard anything about kentucky? I tried finding out if they're still around, but I dont know anyone who is left there now. The main CSR location is in Lexington...just wondering whats going in there now. Anyone know if Kevin is still in Chicago? His pockets were sure getting filled with green that I had witnessed.

Yeah KS is still in Chicago although in an operations role. He is still one of JA's boys and is grossly over paid. Sales are way down since his departure to operations as Melanie is struggling to right the ship. Now that they are lowering the commision structure she is going to have a hard time keeping around Kimberely and David her top 2 performers. Erica in Rockford is gone and all of North Chicago is suffering since the management break up of 2011.
 






WHAT? No presidents club? REALLY?? REALLY? After putting up with all your BS the past year and NO PRESIDENTS CLUB?? LOL Really shouldn't suprise me with this company.

It really wasn't like it was going to be really great or anything. I mean let's face it - a team event all day on Saturday. Really? Leave us alone on our weekends! We give enough of our time and then the one weekend that was supposed to be a reward for all the hard work - no relaxation - no being alone with our family....team event. Who came up with that? Put everyone in a great location then don't give them any time to enjoy it. Check in Friday night (cause let's face it who wants to pay $$$$ for the food at that place?), team event all day on Saturday then check out by noon Sunday. And the invitations were done by email not even mailed out. Really?

At this point NOTHING surprises me with this company.

They waited until the Monday prior to cancel the whole thing. I am sure that cost them a pretty penny in charges for nothing. Supposedly it is postponed. Don't be surprised - my bet is another never happens again. So - they want everyone to keep working hard to get into President's Club. For what? No bonus incentive and no weekend away to do it. NICE!

A few years ago, a sales rep for PAC pulm came in, realized we didn't have a fridge to keep our food/drinks cold and then bought us a refridgertator. I think Jeremy is his name. Since that purchase, he has received many patients. After hearing about the FBI raid on PAC pulm, I just wanted to see if it is normal behavior for sales reps to buy gifts for their hospitals?

LOL. PPS has really gone to the dogs. I don't think they waited until Monday to cancel. I think they NEVER scheduled anything and just waited until Monday to announce it. That way, the PCC will "THINK" he still has something to work for other than a possible interview from the FBI. Like they say, the only people who are still there are there because they couldn't make it anywhere else.
 












Did anyone get their check yesterday like we were promised? 3 I know did not! Shocked....not really.

Checks? What checks? They spent your presidents club money on attorneys fees, fighting the FBI and Medicare. Did you REALLY think they could be trusted when they said the checks would go out Friday? REALLY?
