Over 60% not making quota.. 40+% turnover..



















Ok so they reset the quotas to whatever we did in segment 19 but they are going to let let them keep growing until we are back to everybody failing to meet them again. How does that solve anything?

I have been shocked to hear so many intelligent people believe that a company that dislikes sales and has openly said its a "necessary evil" is going to totally change its stripes and develop a generous and forward thinking compensation plan to retain people for years. We don't have the senior sales leaders to push for it or an environment where they'd even be heard and listened to if they did. Im done holding my breath and wishful thinking: this is still a company with a horrible, bottom ten percent in the industry culture.

Feel bad for those who bought into the hope for real change. I wish they would have spent the consultant money on helping the field keep their lights on at home. Greedy senior management will soon be case studies in MBA schools. The Japs need to clean house in Pitt.

Sales leadership told us that they wanted to address the very high turnover rate in the sales force. What they have done will cause turnover to increase even more. The Japs don't care as long as the money keeps rolling in. You know that there are big problems when you have people pinning their hopes on the DOJ investigation to fix everything.

In case you hadn't heard, the DOJ closed it's investigation without any findings of wrongdoing 2 weeks ago. Additionally, I'm highly offended by your use of an inappropriate epithet.
 






Its all Greg Moshers fault. He came from that crappy hellhole of Forest and Allergan and all he knows is push, push, push. If the reps don't like it he was taught to fire them. Such a shame. This used to be a good place to work.

I don't think that was meant to be "racist or vulgar" use of merely shortening Japanese to Japs. Do you think using "the Brits" vs "the British" would be considered racist or vulgar?
