Over 60% not making quota.. 40+% turnover..

Firebrand bullshit! Led by a guy who has the body of a mushy old man (Jason W). No intrigue here to reframe the conversation, just more smoke and BS. Look at the facts from the previous 800 threads and judge for yourself.

Lol all this bullshit coming to an end soon. Can't wait. ZOLL and management will get what they deserve. Where will you be when the music stops playing???

You obviously haven't seen JW lately. He leads by example; hence, he's adopted the Firebrand crossfit workout regimen. He's walking tall, getting jacked and will soon be fit as a fiddle. He's coming for you so pucker up the little brown eye that winks.

If true, this is insane. Jason working out with some meathead we just hired. I've got to get out if here.

You fools will believe anything here at Zoll. The company does not want reps who think outside of the box. Those reps were weeded out long ago. Those reps would not collect credit cards bedside, scare patients into wearing the vest, go over to a patients home and remove the vest when insurance declines without notifying the Dr etc. These policies Zoll implemented were never performed by experienced reps who had vested relationships in their territories. The product has been out 10 years! The only new way to sell this product would be honestly, which would mean about a 50 percent decrease in patients wearing the vest. So you can call new reps anything you want, the bottom line is there is only one direction Zoll is moving and it's not in an ethical direction.

Don't work here unless you are unemployed. Thi is a toxic environment. Ehatever comp number is being sold to you, take 50% off on the 2nd yr number. Ask what the previous TM or RM was making and why did they leave? How much were they making? Remember, you may be good, but no one before was able to sustain the growth they expect. That is real!

Having worked for several med device companies, this is by far the worst. Poorly run, lack of sustainable comp. Work load grows as your orders grow, but compensation is less. Turnover grows and nothing is significantly changed. Perhaps a good case study for graduate MBA schools.

VERY ACCURATE! More work, less managed card support and less money.
Gotta love it here. This SUCKS!
