Over 60% not making quota.. 40+% turnover..







When will this company finally get that the rediculous growth rate is unattainable? I've been here years, and my quota is more than double what it was last year with just a couple of (the same) hospitals. The good news is.. I have a spouse who is the breadwinner and could easily quit, but I'll just ride this thing out since everyone is under water. I used to be motivated when I made quota or at least was close.. When will they understand that no one is motivated when we are all this far under? Not a good strategy upper management.. People are getting second jobs or just not working!! They don't pay + We're not motivated= company is way under plan!

Now only 15% are making goal. I know very few people who will make much more than our base of 75,000 this year. Hardly enough money for being on call every day all year. I missed Thankgiving this year. These consultants have changed nothing. 8 months here and that's it. I'm out.

Well said. Don't believe what the leaders telling you. This is a really a tough place to make money as a TM or RM. Sad but true.

Well said. Don't believe the BS hype. This is a really tough place to make money as a TM or RM. Sad but true.
 












Had a recruiter call me about a Zoll gig in my area 5 months ago, I told them a person would have to be a fool to go there. 3 months later had another recruiter call about same deal, said they were having a hard time getting the right candidate. I laughed. Now I see the same opening is back on linked in. Seems they can't get anyone to sign on anymore

Or worse yet, someone took the job, immediately regretted it, and quit. It's happening all over the country

The only people that will take this job are unemployed. That's what is Zoll is getting at this point. Wonder how these people even pass the profile test. Why would any top performer come here? This place is career suicide.

I agree. I was caught in this crap too. 1-2 years is max time for top performers here. The mediocre people are the ones staying. Less than 30% of TMs at plan and less than 15% RMs are plan. That is disgusting!

Lies, I have visibility to the national numbers and 67% of TM's are at plan with 55% of RM's at plan. We have capable hard working CRM reps who have tired of their business begging us for a territory. This is the place to be.
