Name a time and a place and I will teach you
Phili asshole!

This so sad to work your ass off and realize you have a scumbag of a manager. Ours in so cal hangs out with his buddy reps and threatens the rest of us with a pip.
On top of the unrealisitc quota (that yes, still exists)
Insert 574739392 NEW administrative duties... that RM's are encouraging you to get done prior to going home so you don't sacrifice personal time...
Um, When?!?!? Between drive times, coordinating MO's, OTHER administrative duties and a phone that never stops ringing... when?!?!
New managers that don't have much experience will micro manage people out of the company. Inexperience ADs don't realize the damage this causes to field morale. This job beats you up enough as it is. You really don't need to beat your reps up with increased administrative reporting. They are already on call 24/7 working the phones at all hours. Balance is key. New RMs often fail miserably until they figure it out.
Hhahaha. By the time they figure it out, their bank account begins to overdraft. Even the poor RMs get dragged into this shit hole. This job is a career killer. I feel compelled to take the first job offer that comes.

Why do you think it take 7 years to fully vest in your 401K at Zoll? This has to be the only company in med devices that won't fully vest their employees' 401K. What a scam!!
I just got a call from a recruiter about an opening in my area. She said that in the past couple months, there have been a lot of changes to Zoll thanks to a consulting firm. Higher base, reachable goals, better work/life balance.
I literally just spent 2 hours reading posts and I'm absolutely appalled. Can anyone honestly tell me if these so called changes from April actually happened? I hate my job now so I would be devestated to join another shitstoem. Help!!

Been here 6 months. I have put up the order numbers yet there is never enough inventory, or techs to do the fitting, I have to wait for approvals from Pittsburgh with no explanation, and I have already begun to sacrafice my credibility with some of my physicians because of the process..should have stayed up in pharma...
You barely work pal! Imagine if you worked a real job like CRM

Lol look for another recruiter and then learn how to read
You don't have to be rude, I just wanted honest opinions to see if the changes were actually occurring. I won't be moving forward with interviewing though, I have never seen so many bad reviews for one company and all the reviews are pretty consistent.
I wish everyone luck, I am currently miserable too at my current company so I feel your pain
Honestly, you are better off holding out for another opportunity. Recruiters will try to sell you on the changes. Just read all the posts after March and make up your own mind. i suggest reaching out to people that work here to get their opinions. Just make sure you talk to those folks that have been here for more than one year.
