Over 60% not making quota.. 40+% turnover..

Honestly, you are better off holding out for another opportunity. Recruiters will try to sell you on the changes. Just read all the posts after March and make up your own mind. i suggest reaching out to people that work here to get their opinions. Just make sure you talk to those folks that have been here for more than one year.

Seriously just after March. This company has been having recruiters bring people in under the "change is fixing everything", no change ever and the same problems have existed here for years, both in inventory, process, revenue credit, quota, etc.. the list continues and the problem are consistent despite the "promised changes" that we were all told. Remember RECRUITERS have their own interest at heart, which is just to place a warm body as they get money for every person placed. A constant revolving door make the recruiters the true beneficiary of the constant turnover. Of course they are telling you about all the "changes" which will make this job now a good fit for you and a good career. Once they get their money for placing you in the company they don't care that they lied to you and you just made a dumb career move. Don't trust anything that the recruiters or any manager tells you about this role or company, as they all lie as it works in THEIR best interest and they don't give a sh** about you.

I am a recruiter and I care about you Zoll trolls.

The leaders of this company haven't a clue how to run a business. The good reps leave and then the territories are left with new faces and Dr's that are tired of another replacement. The LifeVest division is doomed and sadly not appreciated by the company. The lack of continuity is the companies demise.

I often wonder if the folks above Barry and Bob even care about the turnover and lack of compensation. If the company is making mad money, does it really matter to them if the sales force turnsover every 18 months?

Nope. Salesmen are easy creatures to find. Don't flatter yourselves. You're all former frat boys or sorority girls that couldn't learn a real trade so you decided you would rely on your increasingly less effective "charm." Sad, sad people.

You don't have to be rude, I just wanted honest opinions to see if the changes were actually occurring. I won't be moving forward with interviewing though, I have never seen so many bad reviews for one company and all the reviews are pretty consistent.

I wish everyone luck, I am currently miserable too at my current company so I feel your pain

Things will pick up. Sales reps are tough as nails.
