If anyone is going to sue PSS for wrongful termination or employment discrimination they need to have their attorney subpoena PSS for the list. Very bad information for PSS to have exposed regarding their hiring process and discrimination. I am sure they are trying their best to make the list disappear (by the obvious watching of this site by their HR dept. and attorneys) but it will surface,

As far as I am concerned, that is perfectly acceptable and no one should complain. If you have a good reason to fall on the list, it's probably your own fault

If anyone can tell me how to post the list via the internet so the public and anyone that wants to see can I will be happy to do so. I know PSS's attorneys already shut down the efforts of the woman on this previous thread that was for awhile emailing the list out (that is how I got it)with legal threats. I just want to remain anonymous and not be hassled by PSS scheister attorneys.

If there were such a list don't you think someone would have leaked it by now? It's not like it Edward Snowdens list. It could give someone amo to go after Publicis. However if you are on this list your unemployed and what is your case? Not wrongful termination. So you don't get picked up for another shitty contract is it really that bad to know your fate?

Most companies maintain employment records that identify past employees they would not re hire. Not sure what the issue is here. Sounds like noise. Big surprise.

Yes, All companies have this list. HR should have the list and that's it. No manager should have it. They are way too immature. They are gossip queens. Thats why there is an entire thread on this subject. Theses stupid f**cks deserve to get sued. I'm not on the list because I'm still here, but I fully support these idiots going down. Here's the deal... The fact that the list has circulated and in many cases with the intent to hurt the reputation of employees, my attorney said these guys are delusional if they believe they are not in the wrong. It's going to get interesting.
