"Do Not Rehire" list for lawsuit

What a crock!

Get off you discrimination BS high horse! That is your way of creating a special privileged situation for yourself despite whatever the heck you do.

Any company of this size has a full legal department who would prevent this. What an utter dope!

LOL. You are obviously a dimwitted clown. If you ever did work here you would know how deep and consistent the incompetency runs in all departments. Yeah, leave it to some sleazy corporate attorney dipshits, they will police it correctly. Fucking twit.

I will be filing a wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuit in the near future and my attorney would love to have this list referenced on this site for our case and to build a great class action lawsuit. I know PSS's HR and attorneys monitor this board and send threatening letters. Is there a way we can set up a site where these 1500+ people can see their name on it and participate in the class action to expose the corruption and discrimination here?

These people are a bsolutely the worst of the worst
I would love to sue them as I am on the do not hire list with no justification
The problem is how do we get together on this when we can't find the list that we know actually exists.

The problem is that many of these "managers" and HR "professionals" are extremely FUCKTARDED!

Not one person is looking for special privileges to get away with anything. There are people holding 6th grade grudges and trying to play the part of the bully. They always feel like they never got enough attention or success so they take it out on those they deem as weak or those they secretly envy. HR can keep a list, but distributing to anyone on the outside with the intent of blacklisting is clearly not legal.

Contract companies want robots. Not free thinkers, problems solvers, people with drive or desire to get better. They want someone who makes 8-10 calls a day and thinks the company knows who they are. They think if they work harder they could make more in bonus dollars. They think that if they work hard they might get rolled over of the contract will be extended. They think that selling pharmaceuticals is the best job in the world so when the contract ends they will get back in line for some more of the same old shit without think how things that happened to the or they were promissed just didn't matter. They look for people that live day to day and contract to contract with no drive to do more. Like in the book who moved my cheese they might find out that they are the mouse that got comfortable doing today what worked yesterday, only to have it all go away and wonder why. It should be a clue when they tell you the salary is blank dollars and the bonus is capped. Did you just tell me tht if I sell the max then I can make not more money reguardless? This statement should make those that think bonus is real, think again. They cut the pie of bonus the way they want and luck will determine if you get a big piece or just the crumbs.

ALL pharmaceutical companies want robots, Captain.

Look kids I will tell you a story I worked for a top Pharma Co before retiring.
I was tired of staying home so I applied to a part time Publicis gig was hired but decided the manager was someone I couldn't work for so I quit before I actually started.
Then a close friend working for Publicis asked me to go to work for him.
I said sure why not.
Guess what he couldn't hire me because I was black listed by Publicis as do not hire.
I never actually worked for them unbelievable.
If I knew away to stick it to them believe I would.
I really hate assholes like this.
In closing I know I was on the list because the hiring manager my close friend told me and couldn't do anything about it without putting himself in jeopardy.
Good luck to all of you I hope you find away to beat these morons!

I hate to tell you this but I wouldn't have hired you either. You were given an opportunity with the company, got hired and then walked away. There are so many candidates to choose from that they don't have to take someone like you that would do that. You made your own bed by not at least giving that manager a chance. How do you know you couldn't work for them until you actually worked for them? Sorry to burst your bubble but you hung yourself on that one.

This list is minor compared to bigger issues. Gossip and lies where certain individuals deserve to get the living shit sued out of them are a SERIOUS problem. It's something you deal with in corporate America, but for some reason it's much worse at this company.
The people that stir it up usually have issues that are worse than the ones they gossip about.

Honestly it sounds like some of the managers are very cavalier.
I would not want to piss off a rep.
The results of that are just as volatile as those of canning a rep. Ive read several comments from people claiming to to be a manager saying that they hope that people have learned their lesson or lesson learned, but honestly I would not want my name to show up on CP as a manager. They don't always erase names and many times even if you do, they stay archived in a search.

I was let go after a contract ended and had great field contact reviews from 3 different projects with PSS over 5 years. I then turned 50 and could no longer even get an interview for a project with PSS. My old manager told me that he had seen the "Do Not Rehire" list and my name was on it and he had no idea why. He said he could not rehire me because I am on the list. He also stated that 2 other reps over 50 that did a great job and he would re-hire in a second were on the list as well. He is thinking seriously about exposing the list and joining the class action lawsuits. This really needs to be investigated and have PSS HR exposed, fired and changed.

Age discrimination needs to be called out in pharma.
