Contract companies want robots. Not free thinkers, problems solvers, people with drive or desire to get better. They want someone who makes 8-10 calls a day and thinks the company knows who they are. They think if they work harder they could make more in bonus dollars. They think that if they work hard they might get rolled over of the contract will be extended. They think that selling pharmaceuticals is the best job in the world so when the contract ends they will get back in line for some more of the same old shit without think how things that happened to the or they were promissed just didn't matter. They look for people that live day to day and contract to contract with no drive to do more. Like in the book who moved my cheese they might find out that they are the mouse that got comfortable doing today what worked yesterday, only to have it all go away and wonder why. It should be a clue when they tell you the salary is blank dollars and the bonus is capped. Did you just tell me tht if I sell the max then I can make not more money reguardless? This statement should make those that think bonus is real, think again. They cut the pie of bonus the way they want and luck will determine if you get a big piece or just the crumbs.
