"Do Not Rehire" list for lawsuit

Then sue us dipshit. Betcha don't. LOL

If you were HR, you'd know that you have been engaged in the process and are still trying to settle out of court regarding a few claims. If you were half a professional, you would certainly keep your mouth shut as there are still cases pending and others organized to file.

There is one! Go to PSSLionsDen.com login, click on Astrazeneca at the top, then Under documents on the left click on Compliance, from there click on Travel Expense Policy scroll to the second from last page that says 12. Non-Compliance says if you are non-compliant you will be put on "Do Not ReHire list in Touchpoint's System!

You mean where they lie about your call average when it can be proven otherwise in the clients database, claim you lost several thousand dollars of business from hospitals that we're not in your territory, and claim that you never carry promotional material when your car is pouring over full of it. You mean the "subjective" type of "noncompliance" where a manager just basically makes up lies, some of which are pretty much incoherently written and clàimed.

Yup!
That's the one.

Seriously, I'm a tenured, specialty experienced rep & something like this is serious. I submitted my resume for a positions I'm highly qualified to perform, however, I never heard back from a single recruiter which raises a flag. I've never been fired but DID take a CSO position due to the manager & potential. I'm concerned and has anyone legitimately viewed & received a copy of this "Do not rehire list" that is solid? From what I've read, I highly assume it's a real document. That's just sickening. Responses?

You don't have to be fired to be on the list. I have it and at least half the people on it have trivial, silly, or no reason stated as to why they cannot be re-hired. It is basically a dumping ground, catch all for managers, HR and recruiters to black ball people that they don't like or want revenge on for some reason.

This place is an absolute joke and I love watching this crap get exposed.

Can you send it to me for a lawsuit?

I know it exists.A Publicis recruiter once called me and after chatting said "Wait....says here you aren't eligible"....at which point I asked why not....she couldn't give me an answer. I'm pretty sure it's age related....or because I turned down a project once.....the should start a "do not hire list" for recruiters.....some mental giants in that arena!!

The list that you'd be sent is about 2 years old and has not been currently updated. So it's likely that you may be on the current list but not this one unless you left an project over 2+ years ago.

Yes, I believe the list is age related. inVentiv is still using the Publicis list. It is disgusting!
I anticipate that inVentiv will also be sued for their age discrimination.

I was let go after a contract ended and had great field contact reviews from 3 different projects with PSS over 5 years. I then turned 50 and could no longer even get an interview for a project with PSS. My old manager told me that he had seen the "Do Not Rehire" list and my name was on it and he had no idea why. He said he could not rehire me because I am on the list. He also stated that 2 other reps over 50 that did a great job and he would re-hire in a second were on the list as well. He is thinking seriously about exposing the list and joining the class action lawsuits. This really needs to be investigated and have PSS HR exposed, fired and changed.

The truth is the best candidates for cso are very young new grads or much older retirement aged people who are collecting social security! Throw in some mommies who do it just for extra cash but their husbands foot the bills. These groups can get by with low rate of pay bonus..

For most people who work the salary and bonus is far too low. If you're the sole breadwinner in the household or live in high cost of living areas it is grossly inadequate. Most people who take it in these situations will have short stays. They will and must leave when a good job comes along.

As far as black listing why the heck would anyone be blacklisted unless they just dont show up and do their work!

If they are sued then that is a GOOD thing! They deserve it. They should be required to hire many older reps. They need to get real. The pay and bonus stinks. No one I know could live on that income unless they live in the Ozarks. No heat and all!

Why would they be blacklisted? Because the manager, someone in HR or recruiting doesn't like their race, age, religion, sexual orientation, etc. It happens all the time in the USA. The difference is that PSS is stupid and/or incompetent enough to create a list.

What a crock!

Get off you discrimination BS high horse! That is your way of creating a special privileged situation for yourself despite whatever the heck you do.

Any company of this size has a full legal department who would prevent this. What an utter dope!
