He may not be lying. They just might be misinformed. Most companies in pharma are now up to 6% match of your 401k contribution. Which I think you max contribution can be $19,200 a year. Vested being 3 years. Vested meaning if you are not with the company for a pre determined amount of time the company gets to take back it contribution to your 401k if you leave, fired or are laid off.
Exactly6% is behind the times and cheap. Many companies match 7-10% now.
You knew about all of those things when you accepted the position. Stop crying, loser.Exactly
the facts gets worse
Low car allowance and no company car
No gas card
Low match along the levels of supermarket employees
Ya gas and car note alone is 1k minimum . Anything short of 1500 per month and ideally 1800 they’re punking ya.
I just signed with Neurocrine today. I'm getting $1,300 month.
Bahahahahahah, you are so funny!!!

Still green and wet behind the ears sweetie. Even if the $1350 was legit and it’s not, you’d still be out of pocket with fuel/auto expenses. What a loser.
Name them liar6% is behind the times and cheap. Many companies match 7-10% now.
Otsuka does 10%. Just saying.Name them liar
Agreed that 50% match up to 6% is the bare minimum for a company 401k. Whoever the homer arguing about Neurocrine having good bennies is a dumb ass homer. No car, gas and sub standard 401k literally deducts at least 25-30k annually from your salary.
Unfortunately your company koolaide perspective blinds you of seeing reality. Out of pocket car/fuel expenses 15k. 50% match on 401k 10k annual loss. Reality hurts sorry ass homers like you.Exaggerate much?
How is free money an annual loss? You’re an idiot.Unfortunately your company koolaide perspective blinds you of seeing reality. Out of pocket car/fuel expenses 15k. 50% match on 401k 10k annual loss. Reality hurts sorry ass homers like you.

https://www.indeed.com/hire/c/info/401k-contribution-limits-employer-match
The most common 401(k) matching contribution is an employer contribution of 50 cents for each dollar an employee contributes, up to 6% of the employee’s pay. This is typically considered a generous matching contribution since the average matching contribution is 4.7% of an employee’s salary.
You morons would rather complain.
you were made to look stupid, and now you’re mad. bennies? why do you talk like an eighth-grader sending a text message? you are a clown. stick to delivering danishes and coffee, idiot.Damn you’re dumber than dirt. The market dictates what’s good and what’s bad ya dumb ass. Ever hear of baseline comparators? These posts on here are comparing Neurocrine bennies to actual other specialty/biotech companies. It’s comparing apples to apples. You keep desperately trying to spin things and are making yourself look like a total ass clown. also, learn what the meaning of entitlement is. Entitlement is when a person does NOT currently have something and they expect something to be given to them that they don’t have! . In this case of comparing Neurocrine bennies to current specialty/biotech companies it is NOT entitlement! candidates would have to be giving up bennies that they currently have to come work here. Those bennies have dollar values attached to them dumb dumb! Your companies bennies are inferior to the market!.
