Company cars or car allowance

That’s a down right lie ya moron. 50% on the dollar up to 6% of your base pay.

He may not be lying. They just might be misinformed. Most companies in pharma are now up to 6% match of your 401k contribution. Which I think you max contribution can be $19,200 a year. Vested being 3 years. Vested meaning if you are not with the company for a pre determined amount of time the company gets to take back it contribution to your 401k if you leave, fired or are laid off.

6% is behind the times and cheap. Many companies match 7-10% now.

Still green and wet behind the ears sweetie. Even if the $1350 was legit and it’s not, you’d still be out of pocket with fuel/auto expenses. What a loser.

It does not matter what I say or what the truth is. You are upset and in denial that all people coming in are getting paid more then you. Yet you are the one calling me loser. Have you even checked linked in or glassdoor lately to see what new hires are getting paid? So,now we know you are jealous and lazy. No wonder you are getting paid less.

Agreed that 50% match up to 6% is the bare minimum for a company 401k. Whoever the homer arguing about Neurocrine having good bennies is a dumb ass homer. No car, gas and sub standard 401k literally deducts at least 25-30k annually from your salary.

Unfortunately your company koolaide perspective blinds you of seeing reality. Out of pocket car/fuel expenses 15k. 50% match on 401k 10k annual loss. Reality hurts sorry ass homers like you.
How is free money an annual loss? You’re an idiot.

https://www.indeed.com/hire/c/info/401k-contribution-limits-employer-match
The most common 401(k) matching contribution is an employer contribution of 50 cents for each dollar an employee contributes, up to 6% of the employee’s pay. This is typically considered a generous matching contribution since the average matching contribution is 4.7% of an employee’s salary.

You morons would rather complain.

Damn you’re dumber than dirt. The market dictates what’s good and what’s bad ya dumb ass. Ever hear of baseline comparators? These posts on here are comparing Neurocrine bennies to actual other specialty/biotech companies. It’s comparing apples to apples. You keep desperately trying to spin things and are making yourself look like a total ass clown. also, learn what the meaning of entitlement is. Entitlement is when a person does NOT currently have something and they expect something to be given to them that they don’t have! . In this case of comparing Neurocrine bennies to current specialty/biotech companies it is NOT entitlement! candidates would have to be giving up bennies that they currently have to come work here. Those bennies have dollar values attached to them dumb dumb! Your companies bennies are inferior to the market!.

Ah the truth hurts eh pal. You can keep trying to spin the reality of it all by using your cute lil mgmt passive aggressive tactics. Fact……. When you compare Neurocrine BENEFITS to other comparable specialty/biotech companies they are inferior and costs reps out of pocket money! Spelling it out for dumb shits like you, that equates to several thousands dollars of out of pocket money that is not the case at other comparable companies.
