When your drowning in a puddle of piss, take the life jacket advice; the company is on life support and the brain trust is Kevorkian. Brush up your resume, quit posting your pedantic rantings, and go look for a new job.

The company has great leadership, GG, PB, and JC are universally incredibly intelligent people who bring a ton of value to the company. Well, at least to the people more motivated to sell this drug than to post on here. The people on here giving you investment advice are on here as a defense mechanism to deflect from their failures. I'd bet none of them have sold more than 100 vials this year.

Also, they talk about the top rep in the company leaving like it's a tragedy. He had one big account and that account's sales have gone up since he left. So I don't think he was providing a lot of value.

Do yourself a favor, and seek investment advice elsewhere. This is closer to an episode of Springer than anything remotely insightful.

You want to know how insightful the ppl posting on here are? On Nov 12, they posted about reps in the Central region of the company working 2 jobs. It took a day or two, but they eventually realized what they did and took it down. It can take a troll a few days to realize what they're doing. Don't take investment advice from ppl like that.

Best post ever… I think everyone knows the 2-3 people who continually post here…former admin assistant, laid off rep from a year ago, (probably sold nothing), current rep who has mental issues. All bitter self absorbed “anonymous” people with nothing else to do… no family, nothing else to occupy their time… this place is certainly not perfect but for those of us still here and trying to make it work, building something, please go away and get a life……. Tired of seeing the bs from the same people.

Desperation is leading you down a sad, sad path. This is the worst attempt to try to quiet all of the voices rising up against your illegal HR practices and fucked up punishment/reward system. You all gave yourselves promotions and raises while firing and harassing people, and you think it won't come back at you? You will never sell this shit company and you will never work at another Pharma company again. You will probably end up in jail for all you have done!

Karma is a bitch, and she is knocking at your door!
 





















Just think what the leaders of this company could have done with this good drug if they hadn't been so obsessed with:

giving themselves promotions and raises
defending sexual harassers
firing and running off the few producing reps that they have
glorifying henpecked liars

They might have had a shot.

Looks like someone said the quiet part out loud. "Leadership is irresponsible and morally reprehensible." Poignantly true, minus the word "leadership."
There is NO leadership here. There is, COVID deniers, morale destroyers, liars, deceivers, over blown ego's, and a top heavy management structure that couldn't find success if it bit them in the ass.

Glad, that the, "we are a family at Baudax" crew, don't care enough about our own families to realize the risk they are putting us through going to these, "let's learn how to be a pharma rep 101 course."
We know how to be reps, we know how to sell, we know how to close an account, we know the hospital environment and we know P&T's. We are failing at all of the above, due to horrible direction from management, and corporate. What we don't know, is why anyone at corporate still has a job, and how anyone gave themselves promotions.
