Why aren't more people leaving if its so bad? I'm hearing the pay plan is the best its been in years.

It is the best comp plan, but the last 2 were awful so it's not a fair comparison. Doesn't matter how much money they throw at you with the following issues-
-Declining picc market for 4th straight year. You upgrade an account to 3CG and it doesnt even level out the down picc volume
-3CG maintenance tied to selling a piece of crap glorified PIV that doesnt work.
- Other than piccs, capital and acutes...the rest of the bag is remedial entry level medical sales.
 












I don't care what device your selling whether its a stent or a PIV most purchasing departments are turning them into commodities. There are some TMs consistently putting up numbers year after year by growing their nursing Picc business. There are other TMs that don't have either the talent to take Piccs from IR to the bedside or mindset to understand how that can be done.
 






Yes but that is a very small percentage. Very small when you factor turnover. The launch of PG is similar to that of PowerPicc and PowerPort with doubters in the sales team and customers, but eventually everyone adopts the technology. Or leave and go work for Intuitive which should workout for you because they are a company on the uptick where at a unreachable plan you make $175k

Power glide is a pile of shit. Bulk orders are the only way we sell it because NOONE WILL REOORDER after they realize they for sold another bill of goods from ethically challenged bard. Check out IV therapy, they will fill u in on the scoop. Maybe you can team PG with SS,SL, and fake BP and call it the grab bag bowl ! Commissions will really start to overflow the bank account and I will be able to sit in the OR and laugh at my $175k making initiative rep.

I'm not so sure you have the visibility to make the judgement about a BAS TM making $175k this year. I can tell you that the people I talk to are on pace to bank at least $3k a month in 3cg bonus and another $1k in Statlock maintenance. In addition PG is paying a hefty payout from dollar 1. You must be the guy in the middle to the bottom of the rankings unsure about how game changing technology is implemented and accepted. Try selling something else and leave. You are no doubt replaceable and more than likely a douche.

$50k salary another $50k in maintenance and 3cg payments.
$20k in PG commissions made by selling $100k in total.
$20k in capital sales commissions (do this with your eyes closed)
You could find another $35k in PA/Temps or PICCs or Guardiva or seniority enrichment.
Boom! $175k comp is reality.
