Bard Access Interview...good move?

BAS continuing their mission of sticking it to their current employees. This new comp plan makes zero sense to anyone, but management could give 2 shits as usual. Definitely time to expose the unethical ways of Bard and move on to a reputable company that actually wants to retain its employees. This place has become an absolute joke. If you are a prospective candidate, do mot work here under any circumstances. The talent pool is getting worse and worse, the products are old news, the new products suck and are way overpriced, and lastly, you won't make more than 100k working here while being micromanaged like hell.
 
























If you are going to call him out then give specifics. From what I have seen and heard he is nothing like you describe. Ruthless competitor - yes. Ruthless to get his promotions - probably. Interested in preserving his position - like every top executive. But treat people badly? No. Guys in his position play a lot of politics and sometimes make tough decisions. Sounds like you either blame him for your own issues or were at a higher level and lost out.

Funny thread. How is everyone feeling about their comp plan now that we are out of last years pay cycle? I am going to deliver pizzas after my in services to make up the difference.
 












When are we going to sell off statlock?! I am tired of fighting everyone to keep the $3 product that everyone hates! We must be offsetting millions of dollars in growth by having this in our division. Not to mention, All it does is make more work for me and waste my time. We already have SOLO for that!

Lol, just find the original champion and remind them why they brought it in. This product brings down the entire division, but they won't get rid of it bc of high profit margins.

I'm positive nobody at BAS cares! They will just replace the reps that were dumb enough to give up 3-5 years of their lives with brand new, naive "guppies" with a big heads or huge tits, trying to break into med device sales.

It's sad this division used to have innovation and leadership. Now we are reduced to selling a cheaper alternative to biopatch and a glorified IV that maybe works half the time.
