No Biff is gone. Left a ton of optimum on the table for a new gig out of state. Must have realized his style was not promotable and rolled on to greener pastures

Why leave if you have that much Optimum? Unless you can get a really fat check somewhere else. That was a mistake to leave.

Why leave? Considering that over 80% of the optimum that is awarded is never cashed out and the paycheck a continue to get smaller for BAS managers and TMs are a few good reasons. Putting out fires and babysitting are another few reasons. Oh and other jobs don't require you to be on the computer every night and weekends. There are other jobs where you add real value in the medical field.
