The corporate level has went insane with greed. All reps are struggling with quotas since they bought Acell. Integra believed they could fire 90% of a sales staff and have the Integra reps pick up exactly where they left off and we’re supposed to grow the numbers is insane. Upper management is playing a different ballgame than the territory’s. They are so drunk with greed and wanting their $8 million stock bonuses each year they are killing this wonderful product and the integra name from the inside. They care zero about patient safety or outcomes of these patients all they want is more sales. Every email every day comes out as needing more and more and more and nothing is ever good enough.
WARNING SALES - DON'T DO IT - my old colleague works there in commercial and warned me not to apply for the sales job when I asked about the job. Huge dumpster fire, CEO is a hot mess.

This company has literally changed my life financially and just my outlook on corporate employment. It’s such a family environment. There are many times it calls for pivots but we do it seamlessly and with ease. It’s a very fast paced environment. We work hard and we play just as hard TOGETHER.
Lies lies, horrible management, bonus target and plan changes monthly. Management is only company focused. No patient focus, no employee focus. Horrible during Covid throwing us to the field daily. Need I go on?

Terribly incompetent management and leadership. Procept Biorobotics Regional Managers, Natl. Sales Mgr. And worst of the worst S.S. “Sham-wow” (SVP Global commercialization). No clue how S.S. and K.K. ever got these jobs to begin with. Total Frauds.
Very poor leadership. This was once a company admire. A company culture of greed.
Hard lessons to be learned. I hope their products can keep them afloat until the poor leadership can be purged.
