The company has bought into the notion that the future of promotion is in Virtual sales calls. It's not but they are driving us crazy in forcing our physicians into accommodating us so that we look good. It is hampering our abilities in all aspects of our job.
Sinking ship, everyone who isn't being laid off is trying to get out. Workers already at max capacity and being given more work to cover for the lay offs. Failed CRM conversion to Saleforce wasted hundreds of millions $ and now the people responsible for it are firing the people who told them it was a terrible idea. Company used to be good a few years ago, now has rot from the inside. Renal is a horrible division (and was a few years ago too) -- avoid like the plague -- go work at a gas station or Menards instead.
