Of course there is micromanaging, and bonus payouts can be disappointing, but where is that not the case? I read somewhere that the common element in every one of your dysfunctional relationships is YOU. That applies to your career as well. I don't love my job, but I've finally learned to just do it to the best of my ability and enjoy other aspects of my life. Since I've adopted this perspective, I actually find myself being happier here. Sure, Qelbree might not be the blockbuster we thought it would be, but for god's sake, the company is allowing you to GIVE IT AWAY! At least do THAT well! We've also got a nice franchise in PD with therapies that have a profound impact on patients' lives. That's something to feel good about. If you're reading this, you're probably making close to 200k or more with bonus. Not bad for someone with a bachelor's degree and no real skills or experience that qualify you to do anything else. On the flip side, you could drop a years' salary into business school and maybe become a stock broker. Talk about exciting.

haha. Of course you are from the PD division. That’s all Supernus cares about right now anyways so yes you do have it much easier and better than the other divisions. Enjoy right now until it starts sucking for you.

They don’t transfer reps between divisions. I knew a coworker who attempted to make the switch for an open position in PD. They made this person interview for the position even when they had no intention of giving him the position. Don’t waste your time.

The longer you work here the more you will realize there are no hard line rules at Supernus. I also know of at least one rep that switched over but his best buddy is the RD over there. Working for one RD here can be a completely different experience than working for another. Basically everything they have told us has been a lie at this point. ADHD is the 3rd division, we produce no revenue and Rockville set us up for failure. I understand you wanting to get out but I’m not sure Parkinson’s division is the way to go

only people pulling that much bank are the “sales” reps in Medicaid preferred states or certain geography that consistently produce regardless of the reps. Nobody else has ever made that kind of money here.

“sales” reps because they don’t know how to sell anything when their docs can just write it and get it covered. Roll played with these cats at POA, they can’t handle any of the objections I get on a regular basis, they start sweating and getting all pissed off.

Stock hasn’t been up since VV. JK should really consider reconstructing management. People don’t leave great companies they leave bad managers. Turnover has been so high they have to know something is wrong here. Here’s an idea bring back VV as a consultant to get this company back on track.
