R&D should have been gutted after they dropped the ball with migraine in 2016 and 810 in 2019. They had nothing else going on. You mention 2 indication adds?? So was there alot of time and devotion collecting data from Trileptal and Topamax to get that migraine and monotherapy indication. Just shut your mouth. R&D is by far the companies weakest link. This is the division that has kneecaped the field.

I am the original poster here 4 years ago. Just wanted to share my experiences. I had countless interviews during COVID. The hiring manager wanted me to essentially convert my entire brag book into Dropbox. This took an inordinate amount of time. I felt strung along for maybe a month or so. I was told I am the one he and his manager wanted to hire. I never heard anything. This happened maybe Julyish 2020. According to the many responses to my og post here, maybe it was a good thing? I still would like to get into the pharma industry though. Maybe with Pfizer or Novartis.
 








Why does my Q1 CVA show a 27 pt reduction at month 12, but now my Q2 CVA shows a 24 pt reduction at month 12.......... Both points measured are from the PED OLE.

Lately in numerous instances, payers are now advising patients and providers the numerous agents they need to ST in order to fill Qelbree.

Once that criteria has been met and the PA is completed, the payer is then telling the patient and provider that Qelbree is actually excluded from their plan. I wonder if the boss man realizes how thought it is getting.
 








Supernus is a great company to get your start in the industry. Not a place I’d recommend staying at as a career if you want to make industry standard $. Especially in Neurology. I’m in rare disease epilepsy now and my base is 175k with a bonus plan of 60k. I left Super in 17 and I’ll forever be grateful for getting my start into the industry but I haven’t made less than 200k since 2018. If you can sell the Supernus portfolio of repackaged generics, you will be a monster with a unique non-metoo drug in any space. Loyalty will keep stuck in mediocrity sometimes, especially at Supernus. Finish top 20% then use that on your resume to get out. Also rep of the quarter is only in primary care sales. Year end is all that really matters.
