I think we can all agree that we're frustrated with how Q is performing. 9 months post launch shouldn't look like this. We should all be bonusing and making lots of money, lots of us happier than ever. COVID has really set us back. But is COVID the problem? I think upper management likes to point fingers and say its the reps. And thats backfiring like crazy. We have a really unhappy salesforce. Micromanaging us might help upper management sleep at night but its just more busy work that takes us away from the real part of our job... selling. I really hope our new indication turns this thing around. We need hope.
