Any updates on when they’re sending out offer letters for new reps??

I think they are tracking in person calls by current reps to determine when it’s feasible to put a new hire in a territory. I’ll second what others have said. This is a great place to start a career in pharma. Long term it’s not for everyone, but there’s a lot of us here who enjoy building a company and growing with it. Last year and half hasn’t been fun, but good times are coming.
 












Sorry to inform you if you haven’t been informed already, but they are no longer planning to backfill the positions they already interviewed for. So no letters will be going out.

I for one am not a fan of how supernus and the florida manager handled this. Just strung me along for like 3 months.
 
















So let me get this straight... if we're not backfilling any positions, are they going to just throw current reps into much larger territories.... all while we're trying to end the year and then launch a product???? I'm a rep in this region and there's a bunch of open territories. I can picture Supernus trying to throw my team into doing massive overnights a week in territories we weren't hired into. And it makes my head spin.

Wait until they cancel the CSO and we have 200 targets we have to call on.
