What are the chances POA will be turned virtual with covid cases rising in all states? Do they care about employees traveling and potentially missing the field if we catch something while in a room with 10-12 others for 2 days?

POA will be a cocktail for all covid-19 variances like you have never seen. You ask how? Flying into and out of international airports. Flying for a few hours within a tin cylinder breathing in all that covid. Meeting with colleagues from different geographical areas. To name a few
We are at the highest % of Covid-19 cases ever. sick out?

I’ve heard other companies are providing their field employees with home rapid test kits to use when they think they may have been exposed. It’s pretty simple but, readily available rapid tests would provide valuable information to stop spread for positive individuals and peace of mind to stay in the field for negative individuals. I assume acquiring and shipping kits to everyone would not be cheap, but it’s an easy solution to avoid fear and doubt. Actually the cost is probably similar to shipping migraine books to the adhd salesforce, shipping them back, then shipping them again to neuro.
 




New Bonus plan sucks… Taking away money but played around with it to make it seem they are giving us more. You’re not. We aren’t idiots.
Get ready supernus for majority of the sales force to be out due to covid because you really need to have in person POAs for 2 days when it could simply be done virtually. Glad you care.

Simple solution here, just tell them you tested positive for covid. Therefore you can’t attend the POA.
 
























and wait for them to say at POA “best bonus plan” ever right? “We fixed it so you make more money because we care about you” the answer is: no. The bonus plan sucks and is even worse this time around. Thanks again for taking money out of peoples pockets. Classy.
