Nope.....Just a CSS that is tired of you whiners. Go elsewhere if you are so miserable. Good luck finding a company that will pay you 100% bonus just to watch podcasts or read books during a pandemic. We had every right to complain when Jon & Lisa were here...worst leadership ever. But to complain now just shows you are a miserable person inside.
 
























The writing is on the wall. You don't need to have 20-20 to see that for the last 6 months, Bayer has operated very similar to the last 6 months of 2019. Yet, sales teams have been home bound, why would you keep all that fat? Why not operate leaner and more efficient? Why not do more with less. Either they will ignore fact based data, or they themselves are incompetent managers and are making poor decisions. Clear as day.

Sure Bayer is about to hire 600 reps. Ask all those WHC RBMs about how successful they were at getting those ABD positions in cardiovascular. The same thing will happen in the new sales force. There are tons of available reps from Pfizer, GSK, Novartis, and every other major pharm company with cardiovascular experience, and relationships in primary care. Do you really think Bayer will keep you, just because you got laid off? The new RBMs will hire the most qualified people for their team, and selling an IUD to Gyns does not make you the best hire. Bayer does not care about you, and never will.

I left on my own accord a few years ago, from oncology because I saw how Bayer was. Like all big pharma you are only as good as your last performance. It’s all about the profitability and cost savings to them, we are just a number which is expendable and temporary in their eyes.

Yep . Text book. First call won’t last longer then 15 minutes. Just a “wait for your second call”. After 15 years, I’m praying it’s me. Packages have always been fair. Wish they had let us raise our hands and transition the next person, but it’s not the MO.

My friend congressman wants to know when and how Bayer is making cuts when they are upsizing their pharmaceutical division. He said to let them know you are taping the conversation or have everyone take notes on the reorganization and downsizing conversations. He’s on a few committees in Washington and will ask Bayer questions on why they are letting people go in the middle of a pandemic and can easily have people go over to other divisions. Skill sets are transferable. Relationships are not a reason they cannot hire you. Pull your ratings and raises. Copy all your bboys, copy all your positive emails on success, teamwork collaboration, results,etc. If you met expectations, are not on a plan they should be looking to laterally transfer people over from one division to another ( oncology, whc, hematology to cardio renal). You have met the job description, but don’t get offered you have grounds. .

Downsizing at this time for a company like Bayer will not be well received. I will make sure if it.

Growing organization, but WHC reps they don’t want you. Lie, lie, lie. Only reps with relationships with cardiologists, nephrologists and primary care are being hired. I heard that’s how they made the decision for RBMs. They can’t afford to miss their targets fir finerenone.

Now wait until 12-21 because its all about the fourth quarter close.
