WHC reorganization is here!

You are a loser. They are listening to the field? Feels like it since a price increase is coming in December.
They have been honest all along about the price increase. Ralph said yesterday they review it annually and it is still undecided. For the first time in years we have asked Marketing for things and they deliver when they legally can. As far as calling me a loser....I am pretty sure I know who this is and I am pretty sure I kick your ass in sales every year. No one is keeping you here. You have always been a downer....go spread your ugliness with some other company and see how long they put up with you.
 




It started out good when Lisa W and Jon left Bayer but now it’s back to the same. Leaders lying to you like yesterday is the beginning of the end

What did they lie about? The fact that they don't have 100% of the restructuring decided??? How can they know that when they don't know who will apply for SAM roles? That will have a lot to do with what territories get absorbed and what doesn't. Enjoy your time stealing from the company for the rest of the year when you don't work but collect a paycheck. Maybe you shouldn't be so vocal to your teammates because they rat you out. I 100% know who this is because you have used some of the same endearing names for Nelson and Chelsea to your "friends". Seriously....call you counselor tomorrow....
 




The only reason things started out good when John and Lisa left is because half of management and over a third of the sales force had already left the company. They had to be nice or risk losing more people. Now that the sales force and management have stabilized, the home office is back in a position of power. They know people can't leave in mass during COVID so therefore they can behave however they want. They do not have your best interests at heart. They have keeping their own jobs at heart, and if that means sending you off to Never Land, then so be it. They will not tell us anything until corporate allows them.Currently they need you meeting end of year sales goals,, and will intentionally not tell anything that will demmotivate or distract the sales force. Have your resume updated, give them an honest days work for an honest days pay, and have a plan in place to find another source of income if the ax falls on you. Also, if it happens remember HR is not there for you. They are there to support the company.

By offering packages, those that will (happily) accept them will transition those with expanding territories. Relationships are everything and I hope they do the right thing.
 








My friend congressman wants to know when and how Bayer is making cuts when they are upsizing their pharmaceutical division. He said to let them know you are taping the conversation or have everyone take notes on the reorganization and downsizing conversations. He’s on a few committees in Washington and will ask Bayer questions on why they are letting people go in the middle of a pandemic and can easily have people go over to other divisions. Skill sets are transferable. Relationships are not a reason they cannot hire you. Pull your ratings and raises. Copy all your bboys, copy all your positive emails on success, teamwork collaboration, results,etc. If you met expectations, are not on a plan they should be looking to laterally transfer people over from one division to another ( oncology, whc, hematology to cardio renal). You have met the job description, but don’t get offered you have grounds. .

Downsizing at this time for a company like Bayer will not be well received. I will make sure if it.
 








If the above post from 445 is in fact true then someone should go ahead and call that Congressman on behalf of the entire franchise. There has to be a minimum of 20 people who applied for ABD and RSM positions in Cardio Renal and were courtesy called. All of the said applicants have more than enough leadership skills to help the new BU succeed that were transferable and were not even moved to interviews. The grow talent message is not being taken seriously. Leadership sees potential in outsiders but not their insiders?????

You have an Individual link per person and it is strictly confidential. With whom? HR, ABD, VP and GM. They know how everyone is scoring them. It’s an internal Bayer link not an external company.
They will use this to cut you too.
 




Idiot. If you want change, speak up on the surveys. It’s how we got rid of Lisa and Jon. They aren’t tracked. With the current culture and what they are putting the sales team through right now, 85 is about to become 55.
 












An email regarding the SAM positions was sent out late today. Check you email. If anyone is interested in the SAM positions the turn around for applying is next week before Thanksgiving. The rumor circulating is many of the SAM positions have been hand picked. So much for fairness.
 




Posting goes out for the nee SAM positions on the Friday night before Thanksgiving? Turnaround by Wednesday? Less than 5 business days? It’s not even a normal posting, it’s an email plus a form to HR. You’ve had at least 2 months finalizing these jobs, but oh wait 13 pilots have been going so well, so there is really only a handful of openings then because they are already hand picked like before. The next handful will be handpicked as well. Chelsea you are running this place is like a sorority house or better yet Mean Girls club (with a few guys).Year after year this company continues to get more unprofessional. Bring back the preJon days.

The pilot program SAMs have already been approached about keeping their position. If you think you have a shot at one of those jobs you are delusional. They will have an interview (wink,wink), and then they will announce the SAMs. The good news is if you have a SAM sitting in your back yard, you will probably have additional territory to absorb, so you will have a better chance of keeping your job. This company has been the good ole boys/girls club for years. Don't think it will change now.
 




Well here's a thought....Maybe you should have put yourself out there when those SAM roles were available before. Those people have worked for pretty much little extra pay (if any....maybe some BBOY's) just for a shot at that role. Also, unless you approach your boss or ABD or Chelsea as being someone that wants to expand your role, learn new skill sets, do a rotation in another area of the company, then quit your whining that you are being over-looked. Seriously, they will ALWAYS choose the person that takes initiative. Why wouldn't they? It also doesn't hurt to kiss some ass people. If you aren't an ass kisser you probably shouldn't be in sales.

The drama this WHC leadership causes is despicable. You can kiss Chelsea’s ass, or any ABD or RBMs, not me.
